٣٨٨٥ - نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ , نا حَمَّادُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ , نا أَبُو دَاوُدَ , نا شُعْبَةُ , عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ , قَالَ: كَانَ فِينَا امْرَأَةٌ يُقَالُ لَهَا: بَحْرِيَّةُ زَوَّجَتْهَا أُمُّهَا وَأَبُوهَا غَائِبٌ فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ أَبُوهَا أَنْكَرَ ذَلِكَ فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ «فَأَجَازَ النِّكَاحَ» .
