««لَا تُقْطَعُ الْخَمْسُ إِلَّا فِي خَمْسٍ»»

٣٤٠٨ - نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ , نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ الْفَلَّاسُ وَكَانَ حَافِظًا , أنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ , نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ , عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ , عَنْ قَتَادَةَ , عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ , عَنْ عُمَرَ , قَالَ: «لَا تُقْطَعُ الْخَمْسُ إِلَّا فِي خَمْسٍ»
