al-Daraqutni

««مِنَ السُّنَّةِ أَنْ لَا يُقْتَلَ مُسْلِمٌ بِذِي عَهْدٍ , وَلَا حُرٌّ بِعَبْدٍ»»

٣٢٥٧ - نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَكَ , نا عَمْرُو بْنُ تَمِيمٍ , نا أَبُو غَسَّانَ , نا إِسْرَائِيلُ , عَنْ جَابِرٍ , عَنْ عَامِرٍ , قَالَ: ⦗١٥٦⦘ قَالَ عَلِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: «مِنَ السُّنَّةِ أَنْ لَا يُقْتَلَ مُسْلِمٌ بِذِي عَهْدٍ , وَلَا حُرٌّ بِعَبْدٍ»
