al-Daraqutni

««إِذَا قَتَلَ الْحُرُّ الْعَبْدَ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَهُوَ قَوَدُهُ»»

٣٢٥٣ - نا ابْنُ الْجُنَيْدِ , نا زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ , نا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ , نا لَيْثٌ , عَنِ الْحَكَمِ , قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيٌّ , وَابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ: «إِذَا قَتَلَ الْحُرُّ الْعَبْدَ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَهُوَ قَوَدُهُ» . لَا تَقُومُ بِهِ حَجَّةٌ لِأَنَّهُ مُرْسَلٌ
