٣٢٤٣ - نا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ نُصَيْرٍ , نا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَبْدُوسَ , نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ , نا أَبُو كُرْزٍ , قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ نَافِعًا , عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ , ذَكَرَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «أَنَّهُ وَدَى ذِمِّيًّا دِيَةَ مُسْلِمٍ» . أَبُو كُرْزٍ هَذَا مَتْرُوكُ الْحَدِيثِ , وَلَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ غَيْرُهُ
