al-Bayhaqi

«فَذَكَرَهُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ نَحْوَهُ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «أَنَّهُ لَا صَلَاةَ إِلَّا بِقِرَاءَةِ فَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ»»

Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.
