al-Bayhaqi

«أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْمُقْرِئُ , نا أَبُو عِيسَى التِّرْمِذِيُّ , نا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ , عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ , قَالَ: ذَكَرَ أَيُّوبُ أَبَا قِلَابَةَ فَقَالَ: كَانَ وَاللَّهِ مِنَ الْفُقَهَاءِ ذَوِي الْأَلْبَابِ»

Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.
