«" أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْغَنَائِمِ حَتَّى تُقْسَمَ، وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى تُحْرَزَ مِنْ كُلِّ عَارِضٍ، وَأَنْ يُصَلِّيَ الرَّجُلُ حَتَّى يَحْتَزِمَ "»

٩٠١٧ - حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ مَوْلًى لِقُرَيْشٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْغَنَائِمِ حَتَّى تُقْسَمَ، وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى تُحْرَزَ مِنْ كُلِّ عَارِضٍ، وَأَنْ يُصَلِّيَ الرَّجُلُ حَتَّى يَحْتَزِمَ " (٢)
