٢٥٨ - حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عُمَرَ: أَنَّهُ وَجَدَ فَرَسًا كَانَ حَمَلَ عَلَيْهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ تُبَاعُ فِي السُّوقِ، فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَشْتَرِيَهَا، فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَنَهَاهُ وَقَالَ: " لَا تَعُودَنَّ فِي صَدَقَتِكَ " (٢) .
