٢٥٤٧٨ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيِّ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدِ بْنِ وَرْدَانَ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ مَوْلًى لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَرَّ مِنْ عَذْقِ نَخْلَةٍ، فَمَاتَ، فَأُتِيَ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: " هَلْ لَهُ مِنْ نَسَبٍ أَوْ رَحِمٍ " قَالُوا: لَا. قَالَ: " أَعْطُوا مِيرَاثَهُ بَعْضَ أَهْلِ قَرْيَتِهِ (٢) " . (٣)
