٢٢٢٤ - حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، أَخْبَرَنَا سَيْفٌ، أَخْبَرَنِي قَيْسُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ الْمَكِّيُّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِشَاهِدٍ وَيَمِينٍ " (١)
