٢٠١٤٨ - حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي زَكَرِيَّا، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ ⦗٣٢٤⦘ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " الْمَرْءُ أَحَقُّ بِعَيْنِ مَالِهِ حَيْثُ عَرَفَهُ، وَيَتَّبِعُ الْبَيْعُ بَيْعَهُ " (١)
