١٩٨١٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَضِيءِ (٣) قَالَ: كُنَّا فِي سَفَرٍ، وَمَعَنَا أَبُو بَرْزَةَ، فَقَالَ أَبُو بَرْزَةَ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ⦗٤٨⦘ قَالَ: " الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا " (١)
