١٨٦١٠ - حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْغَفَّارِ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، حَدَّثَنِي عَدِيُّ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْبَرَاءِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: لَقِيتُ خَالِي مَعَهُ رَايَةٌ، فَقُلْتُ: أَيْنَ تُرِيدُ؟ قَالَ: " بَعَثَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، إِلَى رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةَ أَبِيهِ مِنْ ⦗٥٧٣⦘ بَعْدِهِ، فَأَمَرَنَا أَنْ نَقْتُلَهُ وَنَأْخُذَ مَالَهُ " (١) . قَالَ: فَفَعَلُوا، قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ: " مَا حَدَّثَ أَبِي عَنْ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ عَبْدِ الْغَفَّارِ إِلَّا هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ لِعِلَّتِهِ " (٢)
