١٧٥٦٩ - حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَعْفُورٍ (١) ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو ثَابِتٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ يَعْلَى بْنَ مُرَّةَ الثَّقَفِيَّ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " مَنْ أَخَذَ أَرْضًا بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهَا، كُلِّفَ أَنْ يَحْمِلَ تُرَابَهَا إِلَى الْمَحْشَرِ " (٢)
