١٧٤٨٦ - حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ حِمَارٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِثْمُ الْمُسْتَبَّيْنِ مَا قَالَا ⦗٣٦⦘ عَلَى الْبَادِئِ، حَتَّى يَعْتَدِيَ الْمَظْلُومُ " أَوْ " إِلَّا أَنْ يَعْتَدِيَ الْمَظْلُومُ " شَكَّ يَزِيدُ (١)
