«" إِذَا رَأَيْتُمُ الْهِلَالَ فَصُومُوا، وَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمُوهُ فَأَفْطِرُوا، فَإِنْ أُغْمِيَ عَلَيْكُمْ فَأَتِمُّوا الْعِدَّةَ "»

١٦٢٩٠ - حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِذَا رَأَيْتُمُ الْهِلَالَ فَصُومُوا، وَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمُوهُ فَأَفْطِرُوا، فَإِنْ أُغْمِيَ عَلَيْكُمْ فَأَتِمُّوا الْعِدَّةَ " (١)
