١٦١٣٥ - حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي غَرَزَةَ، قَالَ: كُنَّا نَبْتَاعُ الْأَوْسَاقَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ، وَكُنَّا نُسَمَّى السَّمَاسِرَةَ، قَالَ: فَأَتَانَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَمَّانَا بِاسْمٍ هُوَ أَحْسَنُ مِمَّا كُنَّا نُسَمِّي بِهِ أَنْفُسَنَا، فَقَالَ: " يَا مَعْشَرَ (١) التُّجَّارِ إِنَّ هَذَا الْبَيْعَ يَحْضُرُهُ اللَّغْوُ، وَالْحَلِفُ، فَشُوبُوهُ بِالصَّدَقَةِ " (٢)
