١٥٨٩٦ - قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ حَرْبِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ الثَّقَفِيِّ، عَنْ خَالِهِ، قَالَ: أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَ لَهُ أَشْيَاءَ فَسَأَلَهُ، فَقَالَ: أَعْشِرُهَا؟ فَقَالَ: " إِنَّمَا الْعُشُورُ عَلَى الْيَهُودِ، وَالنَّصَارَى، وَلَيْسَ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْإِسْلَامِ عُشُورٌ " (١)
