«" الْمَسَاجِدُ لَا تُنْشَدُ فِيهَا الْأَشْعَارُ، وَلَا تُقَامُ فِيهَا الْحُدُودُ، وَلَا يُسْتَقَادُ فِيهَا " " لَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ، يَعْنِي حَجَّاجٌ "»

١٥٥٨٠ - حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الشُّعَيْثِيُّ، عَنْ زُفَرَ بْنِ وَثِيمَةَ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ، قَالَ: " الْمَسَاجِدُ لَا تُنْشَدُ فِيهَا الْأَشْعَارُ، وَلَا تُقَامُ فِيهَا الْحُدُودُ، وَلَا يُسْتَقَادُ فِيهَا " قَالَ أَبِي: " لَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ، يَعْنِي حَجَّاجٌ " (١)
