١٣٧٦٦ - حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْكَلْبِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ: بَيْنَمَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَاعِدًا فِي أَصْحَابِهِ، إِذْ مَرَّ بِهِمْ يَهُودِيٌّ فَسَلَّمَ، فَلَمَّا مَضَى دَعَاهُ، فَقَالَ: " كَيْفَ قُلْتَ؟ " قَالَ: قُلْتُ: سَامٌ عَلَيْكُمْ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِذَا سَلَّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ أَحَدٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ، فَقُولُوا: وَعَلَيْكُمْ "، أَيْ مَا قُلْتُمْ (٣)
