١٢٨٥٤ - حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبَّادٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا طَلْحَةَ سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: عَنْ أَيْتَامٍ فِي حِجْرِهِ وَرِثُوا خَمْرًا، أَيَجْعَلُهَا (٣) خَلًّا؟ " فَكَرِهَ ذَلِكَ " وَقَالَ وَكِيعٌ مَرَّةً: أَفَلَا أَجْعَلُهَا (٤) (٥)
