«" لَا يَقَعُ عَلَى حَامِلٍ حَتَّى تَضَعَ، وَغَيْرِ حَامِلٍ حَتَّى تَحِيضَ حَيْضَةً "»

١١٢٢٨ - حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، وَأَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِي سَبْيِ أَوْطَاسٍ: " لَا يَقَعُ عَلَى حَامِلٍ حَتَّى تَضَعَ، وَغَيْرِ حَامِلٍ حَتَّى تَحِيضَ حَيْضَةً " (٢)
