١٦٥ - حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا سَرَقَ الْمَمْلُوكُ بِعْهُ وَلَوْ بِنَشٍّ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: النَّشُّ: عِشْرُونَ. وَالنَّوَاةُ: خَمْسَةٌ. وَالْأُوقِيَّةُ: أَرْبَعُونَ
