Abu Yala al-Mawsili

«" أَنْ يَهُودِيًّا مَرَّ بِصَبِيَّةٍ عَلَيْهَا حُلِيٌّ فَانْتَزَعَ حُلِيَّهَا وَقَذَفَهَا فِي بِئْرٍ، فَأُدْرِكَتْ فَأُخْرِجَتْ وَبِهَا رَمَقٌ، فَقِيلَ: "»

٣١٤٩ - حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ أَبِي حَزْمٍ الْقُطَعِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، " أَنْ يَهُودِيًّا مَرَّ بِصَبِيَّةٍ عَلَيْهَا حُلِيٌّ فَانْتَزَعَ حُلِيَّهَا وَقَذَفَهَا فِي بِئْرٍ، فَأُدْرِكَتْ فَأُخْرِجَتْ وَبِهَا رَمَقٌ، فَقِيلَ: " مَنْ قَتَلَكِ؟ قَالَتْ: فُلَانٌ الْيَهُودِيُّ، فَرُفِعَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَتَلَهُ " [حكم حسين سليم أسد] : إسناده حسن والحديث صحيح
