٢٩٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، أَنَّهُ أُتِيَ بِزَانٍ مُحْصَنٍ قَالَ: فَجَلَدَهُ يَوْمَ الْخَمِيسِ، قَالَ: ثُمَّ رَجَمَهُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ، قَالَ: فَقِيلَ لَهُ: جَمَعْتَ عَلَيْهِ حَدَّيْنِ، قَالَ: فَقَالَ: «جَلَدْتُهُ بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ، وَرَجَمْتُهُ بِسُنَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ» [حكم حسين سليم أسد] : رجاله ثقات
