«نَهَى أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ الرَّجُلُ بِفَضْلِ طَهُورِ الْمَرْأَةِ.»

٨٢ - حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ يَعْنِي الطَّيَالِسِيَّ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَاجِبٍ ، ⦗٣١⦘ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَهُوَ الْأَقْرَعُ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «نَهَى أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ الرَّجُلُ بِفَضْلِ طَهُورِ الْمَرْأَةِ.»
