Abu Dawud al-Sijistani
٤٥١٧ - حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ بِإِسْنَادِ شُعْبَةَ مِثْلَهُ، زَادَ ثُمَّ إِنَّ الْحَسَنَ ⦗٢٩٨⦘ نَسِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ، فَكَانَ يَقُولُ: لَا يُقْتَلُ حُرٌّ بِعَبْدٍ.
