Abu Dawud al-Sijistani

«مَنْ مَلَكَ ذَا رَحِمٍ مَحْرَمٍ فَهُوَ حُرٌّ»

  6. عن ‌الْحَسَنِ ثقة فقيه، فاضل مشهور، وكان يرسل كثيرا ويدلس

٣٩٥١ - حَدَّثَنَا ‌مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، نَا ‌عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ ، عَنْ ‌سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ ‌قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ ‌الْحَسَنِ قَالَ: «مَنْ مَلَكَ ذَا رَحِمٍ مَحْرَمٍ فَهُوَ حُرٌّ» .
