Abu Dawud al-Sijistani

«أَنَّ زَوْجَهَا طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا، فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَفَقَةً، وَلَا سُكْنَى.»

٢٢٨٨ - حَدَّثَنَا ‌مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ، أَنَا ‌سُفْيَانُ ، نَا ‌سَلَمَةُ بْنُ كُهَيْلٍ ، عَنِ ‌الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ ‌فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ : «أَنَّ زَوْجَهَا طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا، فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَفَقَةً، وَلَا سُكْنَى.»
