Abd al-Razzaq al-Sanani
«" يُقِرَآنِ: {وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ يُطِيقُونُهُ} [البقرة: ١٨٤] يُكَلَّفُونَهُ، وَلَا يُطِيقُونَهُ، فَهُمُ الَّذِينَ لَا يُطِيقُونَ، وَيُفْطِرُونَ "»
