Abd al-Razzaq al-Sanani
«" إِذَا وَضَعْتَهَا فِي صِنْفٍ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأَصْنَافِ فَحَسْبُكَ، إِنَّمَا قَالَ اللَّهُ: {إِنَّمَا الصَّدَقَاتُ لِلْفُقَرَاءِ} [التوبة: ٦٠] وَكَذَا وَكَذَا لِأَنْ لَا تَجْعَلَهَا فِي غَيْرِ هَذِهِ الْأَصْنَافِ "»
Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.
