٢١٠ - عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: الدَّابَّةُ الَّتِي تَكُونُ مِنْهَا مُشْطُ الْعَاجِ يُؤْخَذُ مَيْتَةً فَيُجْعَلُ مِنْهَا مَسَكٌ فَإِنَّهُ لَا يُذْبَحُ قَالَ: «لَا» ، ثُمَّ أَذْكَرْتُهُ فقُلْتُ: إِنَّهَا مِنْ دَوَابِّ الْبَحْرِ مِمَّا يُلْقِيهَا قَالَ: «فَهِيَ مِمَّا يُلْقِي الْبَحْرُ»
