Abd al-Razzaq al-Sanani
«" نَسَخَتْ قَوْلُهُ: {فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ أَوْ أَعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ} [المائدة: ٤٢] قَوْلَهُ: {احْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ} [المائدة: ٤٩] "»
