Abd al-Razzaq al-Sanani
«" يُجْبَرُ الْقَاتِلُ عَلَى أَنْ يُعْطِيَ الدِّيَةَ قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: {فَمَنْ عُفِيَ لَهُ مِنْ أَخِيهِ شَيْءٌ فَاتِّبَاعٌ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ} [البقرة: ١٧٨] فَالْعَفْوُ أَنْ يَقْبَلَ الدِّيَةَ "»
