Abd al-Razzaq al-Sanani
«" لَا يَجُوزُ فِي قَتْلِ الْخَطَأِ صَبِيٌّ مُرْضَعٌ إِلَّا مَنْ صَلَّى، فَإِنَّ فِي حَرْفِ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ {فَتَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ مُؤْمِنَةٍ} [النساء: ٩٢] لَا يَجُوزُ فِيهَا صَبِيٌّ "»
