Abd al-Razzaq al-Sanani

««لَا تَبِيعَنَّ، وَلَا تَبْتَاعَنَّ، وَلَا تُشَارَنَّ، وَلَا تُضَارَّنَّ، وَلَا تَرْتَشِ فِي الْحُكْمِ، وَلَا تَحْكُمْ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَأَنْتَ غَضْبَانُ»»

١٥٢٩٠ - قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي حَرِيزٍ، كَانَ بِسِجِسْتَانَ قَالَ: كَتَبَ عُمَرُ إِلَى أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ: «لَا تَبِيعَنَّ، وَلَا تَبْتَاعَنَّ، وَلَا تُشَارَنَّ، وَلَا تُضَارَّنَّ، وَلَا تَرْتَشِ فِي الْحُكْمِ، وَلَا تَحْكُمْ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَأَنْتَ غَضْبَانُ»
