Abd al-Razzaq al-Sanani
«" أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ السَّلَفَ الْمَضْمُونَ إِلَى أَجَلٍ قَدْ أَحَلَّهُ اللَّهُ، وَأَذِنَ فِيهِ فَلِمَ قَالَ اللَّهُ: {إِذَا تَدَايَنْتُمْ بِدَيْنٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُسَمَّى} [البقرة: ٢٨٢] "»
Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.

١٤٠٦٤ - عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانَ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: " أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ السَّلَفَ الْمَضْمُونَ إِلَى أَجَلٍ قَدْ أَحَلَّهُ اللَّهُ، وَأَذِنَ فِيهِ فَلِمَ قَالَ اللَّهُ: {إِذَا تَدَايَنْتُمْ بِدَيْنٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُسَمَّى} [البقرة: ٢٨٢] " ⦗٥⦘ أَخْبَرَنَا
