Abd al-Razzaq al-Sanani
«" لَا يَنْبَغِي أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَهَا الْمُسْلِمُ، أَلَمْ تَسْمَعِ اللَّهَ يَقُولُ: {مِنْ فَتَيَاتِكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ} [النساء: ٢٥] ؟ "»

١٣١٠٦ - عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، قَالَ فِي مَمْلُوكَةٍ نَصْرَانِيَّةٍ: " لَا يَنْبَغِي أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَهَا الْمُسْلِمُ، أَلَمْ تَسْمَعِ اللَّهَ يَقُولُ: {مِنْ فَتَيَاتِكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ} [النساء: ٢٥] ؟ "
