Abd al-Razzaq al-Sanani

««لَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يَنْكِحَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ، فَإِذَا نَكَحَ فَالطَّلَاقُ بِيَدِ الْعَبْدِ»»

١٢٩٦٩ - قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي، عَنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُجِيزُ طَلَاقَ الْعَبْدِ، وَلَا يُجِيزُ نِكَاحَهُ. وَتَفْسِيرُهُ أَنَّهُ «لَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يَنْكِحَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ، فَإِذَا نَكَحَ فَالطَّلَاقُ بِيَدِ الْعَبْدِ» ⦗٢٤٠⦘ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ،
