Abd al-Razzaq al-Sanani
«" أَمَا أَنَّهُ لَوْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ مَالٌ أَخَذْنَاكَ بِنَفَقَتِهِ، أَلَا تَرَى أَنَّهُ يَقُولُ: {وَعَلَى الْوَارِثِ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ} [البقرة: ٢٣٣] "»

١٢١٨٥ - عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُتْبَةَ، جَعَلَ نَفَقَةَ صَبِيٍّ مِنْ مَالِهِ، وَقَالَ لِوَارِثِهِ: " أَمَا أَنَّهُ لَوْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ مَالٌ أَخَذْنَاكَ بِنَفَقَتِهِ، أَلَا تَرَى أَنَّهُ يَقُولُ: {وَعَلَى الْوَارِثِ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ} [البقرة: ٢٣٣] "
