Abd al-Razzaq al-Sanani
«" الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ عُقْدَةُ النِّكَاحِ الْأَبُ، وَقَوْلُهُ: {إِلَّا أَنْ يَعْفُونَ} [البقرة: ٢٣٧] هِيَ الْمَرْأَةُ "»
