Abd al-Razzaq al-Sanani

«" نَسَخَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ: {فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ أَوْ أَعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ} [المائدة: ٤٢] ، قَوْلُهُ {وَأَنِ احْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ} [المائدة: ٤٩] "»

١٠٠١٠ - أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ قَالَ: " نَسَخَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ: {فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ أَوْ أَعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ} [المائدة: ٤٢] ، قَوْلُهُ {وَأَنِ احْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ} [المائدة: ٤٩] "
